Rewilding Communities
Women's Night Rewilding (seasonally)
Full Circle year long rewilding in time (each full moon, open to all)
Eynsford, Kent
Please register your interest to join the group(s). Join with other women in experiencing a conscious connection to the night. The evening involves an excursion to a local woodland where we feel into a very different kind of nature connection. There will be an opportunity to try out solitude in the dark while being supported by the group. It is always a hugely valuable and surprising exrerience. Fire, share circle, and refreshments.
Full Circle is a year long 'cycle' of interweaving with natural time. Each full moon we hike at dusk and with a simple practice pay attention intentionally to our place within the bigger picture.
Register your interest to join either or both communities.

Yoga for Self-Development Workshop Wisdom Sheath
Saturday, January 11 10-12:30
2.5 hours
£25
This 2.5 hour workshop explores the wisdom / knowledge sheath. We all have ‘gut instinct’ and ways of knowing / understanding beyond the executive function of the rational thinking mind. Let’s value it, get to know it, tap into it, spend time with it, learn to trust it. Yoga nidra and visualisation play a bigger role than physical yoga in this workshop.
According to yoga, our bodies have 5 sheaths ranging in subtlety (a bit like the elements). Together the physical, life force, mental /emotional, wisdom and bliss bodies flux together and influence our well-being. When one is out of balance, it affects the others. For example, when you are ill, it effects your mind, which effects your breathing and induces more stress. If the spirit is untouched, it can ripple right through to the physical body.

Yoga for Self-Development Workshop Spiritual Sheath
Saturday, Feb 1 10-12:30
2.5 hours
£25
This 2.5 hour workshop explores the bliss or spiritual sheath. What brings you joy and connection? - is the simple question we will ask. Through group talk, prompts and guided mediation we’ll simply sit with how we are with the very idea of essential joy. A long relaxation with sound rounds off the exploration of the 5 koshas.
